Network Rules
  1. Up to 4 attempts per job. Substitute service may only be performed on the 4th attempt (where legally applicable) — unless the job instructions clearly authorize substitute service from the 1st attempt.
  2. Job instructions must be followed exactly. A serve performed contrary to instructions is an incomplete serve and is not payable.
  3. Attempts must be spread across different days and different times of day (morning / afternoon / evening) to satisfy due diligence — not multiple attempts in one window.
  4. Every attempt must be logged the same day it is made, with photos and GPS, through the platform. An attempt not logged is an attempt that did not happen.
  5. No false attempts and no "sewer service." Falsifying an attempt, a serve, or a proof results in immediate permanent removal from the network.
  6. Never misrepresent your identity or purpose beyond what your state's law permits. No impersonating law enforcement, no trespassing, no harassment.
  7. Serve the actual documents provided — complete and unaltered.
  8. You must hold and maintain any registration, license, or bond your state or county requires, and you are responsible for knowing the service-of-process laws where you serve.
  9. You are an independent contractor. You control how you work; LHG controls what the job requires.
  10. Documents and case information are confidential and may be used only to complete the job.
  11. No soliciting LHG's clients directly. Client relationships stay with LHG; you receive work through the platform.
  12. Deadlines are real. If you cannot complete a job on time, say so in the platform immediately so it can be reassigned. Going silent on a due job affects your rating and standing.
  13. Proof of service is generated by the platform and must be signed and notarized where required within 24 hours of completion.
  14. LHG may deactivate a vendor for violating these rules. Payment is owed only for completed, compliant serves.
  15. If you cannot complete an assigned job, decline it in the platform immediately with a reason. Prompt, occasional declines are acceptable; frequent declines or declining late affects your rating and standing.
  16. Jobs at the same address may be bundled into one trip: the first job pays your full service rate and each additional job at that address pays your additional-defendant rate. A job added to your bundle before your first attempt is part of the same trip and pays the additional rate.
